Bullring
Toro’s bullring was inaugurated on 18 August 1828.
Its walls are made of rammed earth between brick buttresses, with adobe in the upper sections, and it has not undergone any major structural reform.
It is one of the oldest bullrings in Spain and famous bullfighters such as Lagartijo, El Espartero, Frascuelo and Los Gallos fought in its arena.
This place forms part of the cultural heritage that makes Toro one of the most interesting destinations in Zamora for a monumental, wine-focused and gastronomic getaway.
